Safety matches are a must-have for candle care! Our Safety Matchbox features a Matthew 5:16 design "let your light shine before others" on one side and hand-drawn match sticks on the other side.
Each box contains approximately 15, easy to use 3" wooden matches. There's something EXTRA satisfying about striking a match to light your favorite Antique Candle Co.® candle!

Candle Care
- Burn the candle no longer than 2-4 hours at a time, just enough to allow the wax to melt across the surface. Stop using the candle when only ¼" of wax remains in the jar.
- Use a wick trimmer to trim wick to about ¼ - ½" to ensure a safe, even burn. Ensure all wick trimmings are removed from the candle and thrown away.

Use a snuffer to extinguish your candle safely.
- Do not use any type of candle lid to extinguish the flame.
- Always store your candles in a cool, dry, and dark place.

Burn Mindfully

Orders to Canada typically arrive 5-7 business days after the ship date. Antique Candle Co.® will assume payment of any duties and taxes for orders shipped to Canada.
- If your candle arrives damaged from transit, don’t worry! Reach out to our Candle Care team here—we’ll replace it for FREE!
All average shipping times assume no delays. Please allow additional transit time for Hawaii, Alaska, and Canada, or during the holiday season. We take special care in packaging your candles to protect them from weather and possible damage during transit. However, in extreme hot or cold conditions, we recommend minimizing the time packages remain outside (on a doorstep).
