We typically ship out orders within 1-2 business days! Once shipped, orders within the U.S. typically arrive to your home 1-5 days, depending on your location and assuming no unexpected delays.

We feel ya, friend—you are READY for those candles! If your order shipped, you should have received a shipping confirmation via email that contains tracking information (we recommend double checking your spam folder just in case).
You can also track your package (and view your invoice PLUS keep track of all orders) via the Shop App with a Shop App account! Additionally, you can log into your account on our website to keep tabs on your orders.
If your order has just shipped, please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.

Every once and a while carriers may accidentally forget to scan a package during transit, which results in the live tracking showing that the item has not moved. Customers typically end up getting a delivery notification once they arrive at the door/mailbox.
Additionally, carriers may relocate packages if certain processing centers are at capacity to avoid items that are fragile or sensitive to heat from arriving damaged or melted. This also helps reduce the chances of carriers losing a shipment in transit.
If for some reason your tracking does not update its location within the next 3-4 days, please contact our team here and we will be happy to help further.

We are so sorry about this, friend! We recommend waiting 1-3 days after receiving a delivery notification to allow the candles to show up (sometimes it is just a carrier scanning the package early). If they still aren't at your doorstep after a few days, reach out here and we'll be more than happy to help!

Yes, we are happy to be able to offer shipping to Canada! Currently, all orders $105+ to our Canadian friends receive FREE shipping - YAY! After shipment, orders to Canada may take up to 5-7 business days to arrive, assuming no unexpected delays. Antique Candle Co.® will assume payment of any duties and taxes for orders shipped to Canada.
Unfortunately, we currently do not ship internationally beyond the U.S. and Canada.

We currently ship within the United States and Canada. All our candles are shipped from Lafayette, Indiana.
Our goal is to ship your candle #HappyMail orders within 1-2 business days or less!
All contiguous U.S. orders ship FREE! Domestic orders outside the contiguous U.S. qualify for free shipping at $85+, or ship for a $15 flat rate on orders under $85. Once shipped, orders within the U.S. typically arrive to your home 1-5 days.
All Canadian orders $105+ ship FREE! Canadian orders $105 ship for a $24 flat rate. After shipment, orders to Canada may take up to 5-7 business days to arrive.
If your candle arrives damaged from transit, don’t worry! Reach out to our Candle Care team here—we’ll replace your it for FREE!
All average shipping times assume no delays. Please allow additional transit time for Hawaii, Alaska, and Canada, or during the holiday season. We take special care in packaging your candles to protect them from weather and possible damage during transit. However, in extreme hot or cold conditions, we recommend minimizing the time packages remain outside (on a doorstep).

Our candles are made in Lafayette, Indiana with a clean, long-lasting, and even burn thanks to high-quality materials. Ingredients include 100% natural, paraffin-free soy wax from domestically grown soybeans, 100% lead-free cotton wicks, premium fragrances oils. They are sulfate free, phthalate free, dye free, and cruelty free. Nearly all fragrances are paraben free.

How long should I burn my candle?
How long should I burn my candle?
When you receive your new candle, the first time you light it let it burn long enough for the melted wax on the surface to reach the edge of the jar. This may take 2-4 hours and is key to making sure your candle burns evenly every time! Don’t forget to trim your wick after.
For every subsequent burn, we recommend burning your candle for no longer than 4 hours at a time for maximum quality and longevity. Once your candle has 1/4" of wax remaining, stop burning the candle—it’s time for a new one!

Why do I need to trim the candle wick?
We strongly recommend trimming your wick to 1/4” before lighting your candle each time after the first burn. This keeps the candle from smoking and producing a large flame, which may lead to soot around the glass jar. Need a wick trimmer? ALWAYS remove the trimmed wick from the candle to prevent it from possibly catching fire.

Occasionally, our candle lids will shift during transit, causing the lid to become stuck. A trick that has been known to work is pulling up on the lid until you hear a pop. After that pop, the lid should screw off as normal.
