Replacement Terms
This guarantee is subject to the following exclusions and therefore shall not apply to the following: any free candle promotion, candle testing product, limited edition candles, seasonal non-candle items, subscription box only products, or any product involved in transactions over 1-year-old. Antique Candle Co.® limits the Happiness Guarantee to two items per customer per order. Further limitations for the Happiness Guarantee may apply. All candles are made of 100% soy wax, and can be subject to slight imperfections (frosting on jar, top of candle, etc.) Upon request and review, our Candle Care team will refund or replace your unloved candle(s) and/or accessory(s) for free with another product of an equal value. Orders with 3+ unloved products or accessories will not qualify for our Happiness Guarantee and must follow our Exchange or Return policies. Additional exclusions may apply, subject to the sole discretion of Antique Candle Co.®
