Each month, we'll send you a curated subscription box full of our current candle faves! The contents of the boxes are always hand-selected by the candle crew. ❤
How frequently will I receive my Subscription Box?
You'll receive a box each month based on the date of your original subscription purchase.The subscription boxes will be shipped within 2 business days of your purchase date.We will send you a reminder email before the next billing cycle to ensure you still want to receive your next box!
How Can I Manage my Subscription?
We always recommend that customers create an account with Antique Candle Co.® using the same email address used to purchase your first box. Once that is created your subscription will be linked to your account. From there you can edit your mailing address, contact info, skip, pause, or cancel your box with ease!
Can I Pause My Subscription at Any Time?
Yes, you can cancel or PAUSE your subscription anytime. We always recommend that customers create an account with Antique Candle Co.® using the same email address used to purchase your first box. Yes! Not only that, we will send you a confirmation that we also received your subscription order each time!
Can I Customize my Subscription Box?
We LOVE this idea! While our subscriptions cannot be customized at this time, each month is carefully hand-picked to perfectly reflect the season. If there is ever an upcoming box you do not love, we do offer the ability to skip a box on your subscription management page.
