Do you offer physical gift cards?
We don't offer physical gift cards at this time, but hope to in the future! If you happened to have any candles or other products in your cart when you purchased your gift card, we will be sure to ship those to you super duper soon.
Does this gift card expire?
Nope, it doesn't. There are no fees and none of the value of the gift card decreases over time. The gift card can be used at anytime and will always have full face value until it's used at antiquecandleco.com.
How do I check my balance?
Save the original email for the gift card as the link to check your balance at any time is included in that email as well. If you are having trouble finding the original email, send us a message at contact@antiquecandleco.com and we can check the balance for you! We are happy to help.
