Custom Printing FAQ

  • Do I have to provide my own design? 
    • Yes! For Custom Event Candles, these are made using a unique design provided by you. If you are planning to get custom candles for a wedding specifically, please see our Custom Wedding Candles for a premade template option! 
  • How do I submit my design? 
    • Before completing your purchase, submit your design file via the product page before adding your order to your cart. This is necessary before our team can move forward with printing your candles!  
      For the best print quality, an AI or EPS file is recommended. PNG or JPG files will need to be uploaded with a transparent background & may be subject to minor edits by our team to ensure the design fits perfectly on the candle jar. 
  • Can I select different scents or mix scents in my order? 
    • A curated list of best-selling fragrances is available for Custom Event Candles to ensure your guests love them! We currently cannot mix scents within one order; the entire Custom Event Candle order must be in one selected scent.  
  • Is there a minimum quantity required for custom printing? 
    • Yes, Custom Event Candles are available in bulk quantities starting at 50 pieces, all the way up to 500 pieces. 
  • Can I view the final product before production? 
    • Yes, our design experts will reach out to you via email with a proof of your design on your chosen candle within 3-4 business days. To ensure we’re able to complete your Custom Event Candle order quickly, please approve or send feedback on this proof as soon as possible. 
  • Do I pay in full before the custom candles are made? 
    • Yes, please complete your full order to start the process for your Custom Event Candles. 
  • How soon will I receive my custom candles? 
    • Once we receive your unique design, our team will fulfill your order in 5-7 business days!  
      If you’re picking up your order (used code 'LOCALPICKUP' at checkout), you’ll be notified at this time & can pick up the candles right away at our studio during business hours (M-F, 8 am ET – 3 pm ET). If your order is being shipped, please allow an additional 2-5 days for transit time. 
  • Do I need to send any details about my event? 
    • Nope! All we’ll need from you is your unique design file after you complete your order. We know it’ll be a great event & can’t wait to be a part of it!
