How frequently do I receive my box? You'll receive a box each month based on the date of your original subscription purchase. The subscription boxes ship within 2 business days of your purchase date. We'll send you a reminder email before the next billing cycle! You can skip, pause, or cancel at any time. 

Can I cancel/pause at any time, and when do I get billed? Yes, you can skip, pause, or cancel your subscription anytime through your account (check your order confirmation or login online).
