How frequently will I receive my Seasonal Candle Box if I am subscribed? 

Once subscribed, you'll receive a Seasonal Candle Box every 3 months based on the date of your original subscription purchase. Each Seasonal Candle Box will be shipped within 3-5 business days of your purchase date. We will send you a reminder email before the next billing cycle to ensure you still want to receive your next box. 

How can I manage my Subscription? 

We always recommend that customers create an account with Antique Candle Co.® using the same email address used to purchase your first box. Once that is created your subscription will be linked to your account. From there you can edit your mailing address, contact info, skip, pause, customize, or cancel your box with ease!

Yes! Each Seasonal Candle Box is carefully curated to perfectly reflect the season, but we understand that sometimes you just wanna make a swap or two! Please email us at contact@antiquecandleco.com to make changes to any upcoming orders.

Please note that each Seasonal Candle Box will automatically default to the curated selection. All customizations to upcoming boxes will need to occur before your recharge date at by reaching out to us at contact@antiquecandleco.com
