Spice Cake is an amazing scent with a strong throw. Some scents you can barely detect burning but this one I smell throughout my home. It’s a warm bakery scent, cozy and delicious. Perfect year round. I absolutely love it!! Definitely a top favorite of mine with Momma’s Kitchen and Country Pear!!

SO love this one! A classic baking day candle...it's not too strong on cinnamon either so it's one that can be burned year round. I'll definitely order this one again

I actually originally wrote a review that this one wasn’t for me. The first couple times I burned it I just smelled the cake and barely any spice, but after a couple more burns it’s like all of a sudden the spice was so much stronger and I loved it. Almost like the spice fragrance settled… not sure if that’s even possible but I ended up loving this candle once it burned awhile. Even my friend smelled it new and halfway down and could tell the difference.

This one just isn’t it for me, but the team helped me find a better fit and sent me a new candle to try. Truly the best customer service! I don’t smell the spice in it and there’s just something about it that I didn’t love. I do love homemade gingerbread, and really like the cold throw of vanilla cake (haven’t smelled it hot yet) so I was hopeful for this one but it’s just not for me. Stars for customer service and overall candle quality.

If you love spicey and bakery scents, this candle is for you! Lots of cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg in the one mixed with sweet cake. Not too sweet to make you sick, either. The perfect balance. This one has a STRONG scent throw and filled my home! Made it smell like I'd been baking in the kitchen all day. The perfect, cozy and WARM bakery scent.

I got this as a freebie last year, and am so glad I did! This has become my favorite fall candle. I smell more spice than cake. It kind of reminds of a less sweet version of pumpkin spice. To me, it’s the perfect fall scent.

I love this scent. It’s the only “spicy” one I can find from Antique Candle that doesn’t have too much sweetness added. Spice Cake has become a signature scent in my home. I would have given it 5 stars if it were stronger. I have been buying spice cake for a few years and have noticed the scent is not as strong as it used to be. My old candles still smell stronger than my recent ones. Please don’t start skimping on the scent!

This is my favorite scent from Antique Candle Co. I am disappointed that the Spice Cake candle from my newest order has no scent at all when burning. I thought maybe it was my imagination, but then I burned one of my old spice cake candles and the scent was nice and strong.
I really hope that Antique Candle Co. is not starting to skimp on the amount of fragrance. What I have now is basically an unscented candle.

I found Antique Candle Co. by way of this candle so I was excited to order it. When I received it the smell of the candle was nice. Unfortunately, when I burned it the throw was minimal, almost non-existent. Super disappointed in this one…

It’s a bit too strong for my condo. Very similar to Mammas Kitchen. It’s more spice forward than bakey.
I was hopeful for fall scents in a softer bakery scent, but this one is very spicy. Love Antique Candle Co, though!
