Once we've gathered thoughts from candle testers across the country, we look through ALL the surveys to see what people thought. The fragrance that gets the most love and votes becomes our next official candle! Your feedback is what makes our candles so special. 🤍
After you receive your testers, you'll receive an email with a link to the survey (you can also find the link in your Happy Mail!)
The survey will take about 10 minutes to complete. And as a thank you, we'll send you a coupon code for 30% off your next purchase.
Three words. We've. Got. YOU! At the end of each round, our fragrance experts take notes on each fragrance to see what our friends LOVED, and on the opposite end, what they thought could use a bit more pizzazz.
Goodbye isn’t forever! We keep ALL that feedback from our candle friends during testing rounds just in case we decide to feature your faves in future limited-edition drops or our exclusive Monthly Candle Boxes. 📦
We recommend burning each candle for around 2-4 hours each!
This will ensure your candle creates a full pool of melted wax at the surface and fills the room with a high-quality, long-lasting smell.
For best results, we recommend testing your candles in a small to medium sized room. To prevent the mixture of scents, be sure to burn each candle in separate spaces or allow enough time between burns clear the room of fragrance.
Our Tester Sample Packs should only be tested in a smaller, closed-off area such as bathrooms or bedrooms.
