How frequently do I receive my box? You'll receive a box each month based on the date of your original subscription purchase. The subscription boxes ship within 1-3 days of your purchase date. We'll send you a reminder email before the next billing cycle to ensure you still want to receive your next box! You can skip, pause, or cancel at any time.

Can I cancel/pause at any time, and when do I get billed? Yes, you can skip, pause, or cancel your subscription anytime through a link sent to your email upon ordering (check your order confirmation!).
